The Voice, Newsletter of Vancouver Branch

The Voice is a publication of the Vancouver Branch of AAUW, a nonprofit organization, published eight times a year (Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec./Jan., Feb., March, April, May/June) as a membership service. Newsletter items should be submitted to the newsletter editor by the 20th of the month.

The Voice is distributed via pdf format through this website. Members are notified via email when a new issue has been posted. The free Adobe Reader is required to read the newsletter. You may download it from the Adobe site. The newsletter will open in a new window. Or you can right click (Mac: control click) and choose to save the newsletter to your hard drive.

The newsletter requires a password. Members can find the password in their Membership Directory on page 2.

To reduce use of paper and help the environment we encourage you to read the newsletter online. If you need to, you can print the newsletter from the pdf by clicking the printer icon in the Adobe Reader window, using the menu command File>Print, or the keyboard shortcup Ctrl+P. If you choose to print, do consider printing on both sides of the paper. This option will most likely be given in the dialog box resulting from choosing the "properties" button of the print dialog box. Look for the words "duplex" "two-sided" or "both sides." Specific terms will depend on your particular printer.

If you have any problems getting your newsletter from this site please contact webmaster@aauw-vancouver.org. The newsletters have become quite large and some may have trouble downloading them. You may request that they be emailed to you as an attachment.
